GET READY FOR YOUR TRUE LOVE
THE BEST TIME TO WORK ON YOUR FUTURE RELATIONSHIP IS NOW.
THE INTENTION IS SIMPLE: TRUTH.
WHEN YOU RESIDE IN TRUTH, YOU CREATE FROM A PLACE OF TRUTH.
THIS IS THE PATH TO MEETING YOUR ENERGETIC MATCH – YOUR BELOVED.
WHAT IS "INNER COMPASS"?
INNER COMPASS IS A LIFE-CHANGING 8-WEEK
ELEMENTAL QUEST THROUGH THE 8 CHAKRAS
The chakra system will be our North Star as we release any and all burdens we still carry in our energetic, mental and emotional bodies.
The chakras are like the strings of a musical instrument within you. When each chakra is in tune and in sync with the other strings, you are in alignment with your essential Self, which allows you to harmonize with your energetic match. By learning to attune to your energetic core, you come to possess your own True North, the power to trust yourself no matter what.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You're starting to avoid relationships because they just seem like a lot of work
You worry about losing your autonomy and your sense of self when in a relationship
You're starting to lose confidence and wonder if there's something wrong with you
You don't like who you become in relationships: You either put aside your own needs and become the caretaker OR you become too "needy" and push him away – in both cases the relationship is short-lived
You're too busy, overworked and not sure how to switch from being in your mind to being in your emotions
You have done your trauma work and have some experience with meditation and self-development work
You want to grow and evolve spiritually and experience a paradigm shift that catapults you to the right path
AFTER COMPLETING "INNER COMPASS"
YOU WILL HAVE...
Defined what's truly important to you – and what's not
Released any withholds, resentment and outdated beliefs you have had about relationships
Rewired deep-rooted dating patterns and evolved past their limitations
Stopped second-guessing yourself
Stopped dating just to fill space
Fine-tuned your intuition so that when s/he eventually does show up, you simply know
Activated your personal "relationship mandala" – a visual that holds the vibration of your aligned relationship
Got to know yourself more intimately as a Spirit and found a way to access your own inner Sacred Feminine & Masculine

OUTLINE FOR THE 8 WEEKS:
WEEK 1 :: ROOTED IN YOURSELF
THE EARTH ELEMENT :: CHAKRA 1
“It is the silence between the notes that makes the music; it is the space between the bars that cages the tiger.” ― Zen saying
The first segment is about putting yourself at the center of your own life. This is not selfish. It is a necessity in order to establish True North, your inner guidance system. When you do this, everything changes. Your relationships and your ability to co-create in harmony with the universe improve rapidly. Why? Because, at your core, you are in alignment with what matters most to you. Think of this as a cosmic chiropractic adjustment. When you prioritize listening to your gut, you feel like you are in charge of your own life and you are more likely to surrender to the flow and to The Greater Plan because you are rooted in yourself.
WEEK 2 :: THE ELIXIR OF LIFE
THE WATER ELEMENT :: CHAKRA 2
“I would love to live
Like a river flows
Carried by the surprise
Of its own unfolding - Fluent”
― John O'Donohue
Here you start to recognize your attachments and the expectations you have that are not being met in your life. You’ll learn to honor your own values, needs and desires and lean into them. You repair the leaks and tears in your second chakra. Your identity is no longer based on what others think of you. You accept yourself and get comfortable with your natural feminine essence.
We touch upon your most recent intimate relationship(s) so you can forgive and let go. Forgiveness has nothing to do with the person you are forgiving – it is completely for you. Forgiveness is for you to give to yourself. This is the heart of the holy work.
WEEK 3 :: YOU BELONG HERE ::
THE FIRE ELEMENT :: CHAKRA 3
“... to be human
is to become visible
what is hidden
as a gift to others...” – David Whyte
Lack of connection puts you in a state of Fire. You may feel like something is missing, and you may lack confidence in bringing things to fruition.
It is ultimately one’s own responsibility to work through our sense of powerlessness and isolation. This is primary. Having done the inner inquiry and spent time on our own quest for healing, we can now slowly start feeling like we belong. As a woman, your identity may have gotten rattled. Earth reminds us that we can ground during challenging experiences and nurture ourselves anytime, with or without a loving partner. It is safe to take your power back now.
Like the precious resources found beneath the earth's surface (think water and gemstones), by digging deep you will find your inner diamond, your access point to your personal power. As a Spirit you already know why you are here and the earth reflects this. Meditation is a path to this place. To this knowing.
WEEK 4 :: THE HEART CHAMBER :: PRAYER FOR LOVE :: THE AIR ELEMENT :: CHAKRA 4
Be crumbled, so wildflowers will come up where you are.
You've been stony for too many years.
Try something different.
Surrender.” ― Jalaluddin Rumi
You will journey inside your heart and discover your Three Treasures. We’ll be working in a deep meditative space and learn about Compassion, Humility and Surrender.
As you melt any hardened layers around your heart, you stop giving mixed messages to the world around you. As a result your deepest desires can be finally met – you are no longer avoiding, resisting and self-sabotaging that which is already yours.
WEEK 5 :: TRANSFORM YOUR LOVE STORY :: SOUND / THE METAL ELEMENT ::
Don't be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth. – Rumi
Part of the healing and transformation involves looking at the stories we are telling ourselves. Our feelings are often the result of a perspective we have unconsciously chosen in order to cope in certain situations. More often than not, these perspectives, also called belief systems, are externally chosen for us during our upbringing.
In our process of reclaiming our creativity and personal power, it is extremely important to connect to who we really are and get to know our own values. And express them.
Minerals have the ability to translate and communicate about things. How can you use the gift of the mineral in healing and transforming your story?
WEEK 6 :: YOUR PERSONAL MAGIC :: LIGHT / THE WOOD ELEMENT :: CHAKRA 6
Angels can fly
because they can take themselves lightly.
– G.K. Chestrerton
This is about deepening your direct connection to your intuition and personal magic, your ability to see beyond. We learn to use prayer as a way to co-create your relationship vision. Prayer literally means, to set your mind as a trap for the thoughts of God.
Nature is magic. Nature represents life, death and rebirth. Nature is demanding that we drop our masks and embody our true selves. Nature is the ultimate trickster that shows us how to arrive on the other side joyfully. It shows us how to bring everything into perspective, and feel joy in our hearts again.
WEEK 7 :: THE GREAT BRIDGE :: CONNECTION TO SPIRIT :: CHAKRA 7
“Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet confinement of your aloneness to learn anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you.” ― David Whyte
If you want to find your beloved, you better tune into his/her energy, and release any attachment you may have to his/her physical body, titles or roles he/she plays in the world. Here we are going to activate your personal “Relationship Mandala.” There’s no limit to what’s possible for you as long as you stay true to yourself so get ready, girlfriend!
WEEK 8 :: YOU AS A CO-CREATOR :: WHOLENESS :: CHAKRA 8
“What matters is how quickly you do what your soul directs.” – Rumi
At the end of this journey, you have fine tuned your most precious instrument – you. You know inside out how everything works. You know what to do if something sounds off tune. You know how to maintain it, delight others with it, and you use discernment when deciding to let others play it.
You are free to play your birth song. Your mating song. Your song that takes you home.
Hello, Beloved Sister!
You deserve a healthy, soulful relationship. I'm here to help you find it. Here's a little more background on how this program came to be.
Bigger, better, faster... The modern mentality likes to move forward in a linear fashion. This attitude defines how we do anything in the world, and it also often determines how we approach our personal healing process. When we experience hurt or loss, we may approach this pain by saying to ourselves, “Let's put it behind us" or "I should just get over it".
We learn this very early on. When we get hurt as children, our parents may say something like, “Oh, don't cry, it's not a big deal,” so we learn to numb our feelings and not allow the time needed for unwinding and letting go.
As a result of that, what often ends up happening is that things never get truly healed, and instead we find these unresolved issues showing up in our lives sooner or later. This can take many forms, and can show up as a sense of stuckness or the inability to create a life we so desperately want. Or everything seems to be going just fine, yet there is still a sense of emptiness or not belonging, or an underlying sadness.
When we take a look at the more ancient cultures we notice that the indigenous mentality is more cyclical – seeing the world and existence in cycles. This is the approach we will be taking during the eight weeks as well.
We'll be in the supportive presence of our "village" during the two Kundalini Yoga classes – a beautiful group of women on the path of truth. Together.
If you want to prepare yourself for a divine union, this is the sacred work.
How I Got Here – My Personal Story
As a woman on a path of spiritual development,
I have been burnt in many bonfires that I myself helped build.
And most of them have been about love. Or lack of it. So many times in
my life I have begged for it, prayed for it, demanded it, even broken my wrist for it.
That is how much I doubted love.
My skepticism created pain, suffering and separation.
All my life, love was something that I needed to work hard for. To prove it. To earn it.
I travelled around the world chasing the self I thought I had to be.
All these years I suffered over love because I didn’t let love just be. I
demanded a result.
Love became risky.
And, most importantly, I had forgotten that love is not something to
have, it is who I am, in my very nature.
I remember seeing women, all ages and sizes, who seemed to have understood this.
It was clear that these women loved themselves. They were completely in their feminine power, juicy, full and radiant, and I used to wonder, how do they do that? Were they born that way? They were like magical beings to me.
I found them mesmerizing, yet I also felt envy, because I knew how far away I was from being like them.
The idea that love is somehow limited, caused me to attract partners
who would mirror that back to me.
And that mirror would always end up shattering into a million pieces.
There was never going to be a happily ever after. Never.
Not until I looked into that mirror and faced my sadness. The sadness that came from not loving myself.
I had to surrender. I was angry. And I was humbled. All my life I had
avoided this moment. I had never really understood what surrender meant until I was on my knees, begging god to show me how to release myself from this endless cycle of self-destruction.
I died, somatically. On the floor, I lost it. And found it again.
“It’s not your job to love me; it’s mine” became my mantra. Anytime my
mind wanted to wander outside to find an object, usually my ex-partners, to blame or judge, I repeated this mantra, and it gave me a tremendous amount of support. And not just support, ecstatic joy.
And Truth. I have always been a lover of truth. Even when I could not love myself, I loved the truth.
And that set me free.
