She is also a seasoned bodyworker, certified Trance Dance Facilitator, and Reiki Master—with over 15 years of experience using her hands as instruments of healing, remembrance, and transformation.
And while her professional path is rooted in Spirit, her personal path has been a deep and sometimes messy devotion to love. WHY I CREATED
"I AM THE ONE"
In December of 2014, I got a text from my boyfriend suggesting we spend Christmas with his family in New Jersey.
I remember exactly where I was when I read it—walking down Market Street in San Francisco, soaking in the holiday magic.
I paused to check in with myself.
It was a clear, resounding No.
But I ignored it.
I didn’t want to seem difficult. I didn’t want to risk losing the relationship.
And somewhere deep down, I still believed that if I truly followed my own guidance… I’d end up alone.
So I said yes.
We flew to New Jersey on Christmas Eve.
At 4 a.m. on Christmas morning, he broke up with me.
It was the most heartbreaking Christmas of my life.
Not just because of the breakup, but because I had betrayed myself.
Christmas is sacred to me—a time when I usually retreat, refill my cup, and commune with something holy.
And there I was, in someone else’s family home, shattered and alone.
That night, I wandered into a tiny bistro in New York City—Cornelia Street Café—and ordered a steak, mashed potatoes, and a glass of mulled wine.
I remember thinking: This is my last supper. Something has to change.

I had a realization that would alter the course of my life:
I am the common denominator in every relationship I’ve ever had.
Not him.
Not them.
Me.
That realization cracked me open.
I began to see that every man I had called in was perfectly cast to show me the places I hadn’t yet chosen myself.
Every heartbreak was a breadcrumb.
Every disappointment a doorway.
I started to unravel the hidden beliefs and energetic blueprints that had been running the show.
And slowly, powerfully… I became the One I had been waiting for.
That’s why I created this program.
Not to help you “get the guy.”
